At VLogica, operating under our brand concept “Social Media Grow Up”, your satisfaction is our priority. This refund policy applies to all of our social media marketing services, training programs, content creation packages, and any other digital services we offer.

Subscription Services

      • Cancellations made within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase are eligible for a full refund

      • After the 14-day period, you may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle

      • Unused portions of annual subscriptions may be pro-rated and refunded at our discretion

    One-Time Purchases

        • One-time purchases of our social media training or consulting sessions are eligible for a refund within

        • Refund requests must include a detailed explanation of the issue encountered

      Marketing Services

          • Monthly marketing service subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice

          • No refunds will be issued for completed work or services already rendered

          • Unused prepaid services may be eligible for a pro-rated refund at our discretion

        How to Request a Refund

            1. Submit your refund request to contact@vlogica.com

            1. Include the following information:

              • Your full name

              • Purchase date

              • Order/Invoice number

              • Reason for refund request

              • Preferred refund method

            Processing of Refunds

                • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days

                • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method when possible

                • Processing fees, if any, may be deducted from the refund amount

              Exceptions

              We reserve the right to:

                  • Deny refund requests that do not meet our policy requirements

                  • Make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis

                  • Modify this refund policy at any time
